All services are subject to availability and may require a written agreement or deposit to confirm.
3. Bookings & Payments
To secure your event date:
- A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required.
- Full payment deadlines will be outlined in your contract.
- Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.
We accept payments via invoice, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact and event information
- Making timely decisions and approvals
- Being available for scheduled consultations and walkthroughs
- Maintaining respectful communication with our team
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by lack of client cooperation or inaccurate information.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable. Refund policies for remaining balances are outlined in individual service agreements. In the event of cancellation by the client:
- More than 90 days before the event: partial refund may be available.
- Less than 90 days before the event: no refund.
If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement or refund will be offered where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, photos, branding, and designs, is the intellectual property of Forevermore Events & Florals or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without express written permission.
7. Photography & Media Usage
By booking with us, you grant permission for Forevermore Events & Florals to use photos from your event for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forevermore Events & Florals is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Venue or vendor failures outside of our control
- Weather-related disruptions or force majeure events
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.
